I grew up and live in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago all my life. I might be one of the only midwesterners that actually enjoys Winter, but especially look forward to Fall. Along with my Certification in Precious Metal Clay and unrelenting curiosity for new things, I attended and graduated from American Academy of Art with a degree in Graphic Design and Fine Art. On my the quest for the perfect balance between the two, I design part-time at Bending Design and relish my time in the studio and teaching various PMC workshops at the Fine Line Arts Center in St. Charles and elsewhere. My style has been described as eclectic, personal, funky and nostalgic. As seen in my recent Precious Metal Clay and mixed-media creations, each of my artistic disciplines ignites ideas and inspirations for the others.
